What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, woodwork, or AC units depending on your trade specialty
- Reading site plans and executing work with attention to detail and safety
- Collaborating with project leads and other trades to keep timelines on track
- Following company procedures for tool and equipment use—no shortcuts when it comes to safety
- Adapting to the day’s challenges, whether that’s troubleshooting a tricky wiring issue or installing a complex tile pattern
- Helping to set up and maintain a tidy, organized worksite—everyone pitches in
- Reporting progress or any issues to your supervisor—a little communication goes a long way
- Ready for occasional urgent call-outs, especially as project deadlines approach
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven work experience in your trade (Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Mason/Tile Fixer, or AC Technician)
- Currently residing inside the UAE and able to join immediately
- Ability to follow instructions, work in teams, and communicate with crew leaders
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and respect for diverse colleagues
- Physically fit and comfortable working on busy construction sites
- Basic understanding of safety standards and willingness to learn more
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience on large-scale building projects in the Gulf region
- Multilingual skills (especially Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, or Arabic)
- Vocational certifications or trade licenses
