What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing all types of electrical infrastructure, from extensions and wiring to mounting boxes and conduit pipes in villas and multi-story buildings.
- Interpreting and working directly from electrical drawings, ensuring every connection matches the plan.
- Handling finishing touches — switches, lights, outlets, and smart systems — so that spaces are ready to shine.
- Coordinating with supervisors and site managers to ensure safety, compliance, and workflow run seamlessly.
- Troubleshooting electrical systems and handling ongoing maintenance requests as needed.
- Taking the initiative to flag materials shortages, suggest improvements, and prioritize tasks to keep projects on track.
- Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, organization, and respect for the spaces you’re working in.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience handling electrical work in villas and/or buildings — you know your way around new installs and maintenance equally well.
- Confidence with reading electrical diagrams and executing work according to technical drawings.
- Hands-on expertise with wire pulling, conduit and box installation, and all phases of finishing.
- A commitment to following safety instructions and supervisor directions — no shortcuts here.
- Team player attitude and solid communication skills (you speak up if something doesn’t look right).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with advanced systems (smart home, automation, or low-voltage installations).
- Ability to guide junior electricians or apprentices when needed.
