Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 5,000–8,000 AED per month for engineering roles at this level in Ajman, especially given the required two years of experience and recognized engineering qualifications. Many companies in the UAE also provide accommodation or housing allowances, which this employer does, so the offered pay package is competitive and in line with industry norms for junior to mid-level Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineers.
