What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely transport farm personnel, materials, and produce between various locations within Dubai and occasionally beyond
- Ensure the company vehicle is always clean, fueled, and maintained to high standards (think of it as your “mobile office”)
- Plan routes efficiently, keeping punctuality and road safety front of mind, even when the schedule gets busy
- Load and unload goods with care, making sure everything arrives in perfect condition
- Keep accurate records of journeys, mileage, and any incidents, reporting promptly to the supervisor
- Assist with minor logistical tasks around the farm when driving duties are light—teamwork is part of the culture
- Stay up-to-date with UAE traffic laws and farm safety protocols, acting as an ambassador for our standards on the road
What You’ll Bring
- Valid UAE driving license (essential)
- Previous experience in a driving role—agricultural or farm experience is a strong plus
