What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors with a smile and ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinating courier services and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Supporting colleagues with basic computer tasks — from updating spreadsheets to preparing simple reports
- Maintaining office supplies and keeping communal areas tidy
- Pitching in wherever needed to help the team meet deadlines and keep the office humming
