What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and professional demeanor, making them feel instantly at ease
  • Managing phone calls: directing inquiries, booking appointments, and delivering clear information (sometimes translating between Arabic and English)
  • Coordinating appointment schedules and efficiently handling walk-in clients
  • Keeping the front desk organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials
  • Using Microsoft Office and our internal systems to manage records, appointments, and communications
  • Serving as the essential link between customers and our service team, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and politely
  • Pitching in with team tasks as needed, because the best service comes from working together
  • Handling occasional challenging moments with tact and confidence (it happens!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Friendly, engaging communication style and genuine customer service instincts
  • Presentable appearance, polished personal style, and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer savviness
  • Ability to stay calm and courteous — even when things get unexpectedly busy

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems
