What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting all visitors with a welcoming attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed from the moment they arrive
- Answering and routing incoming calls promptly — always aiming to solve problems or connect people with the right team member
- Managing appointments and maintaining the company’s meeting room schedules, keeping everything organized and running smoothly
- Handling incoming mail, deliveries, and occasionally getting creative to solve little office puzzles that pop up
- Helping with various administrative tasks and jumping in to support colleagues whenever needed
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized, so it always reflects the professionalism of our team
- Occasionally coordinating with building management or external vendors for maintenance or guest access
