What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming every member and guest with a warm smile—yes, you’ll quickly become the face everyone knows!
- Handling member check-ins and registrations smoothly, even during the morning rush.
- Answering questions (and lots of them!), whether it’s about class schedules, membership options, or where the towel return bin is hiding.
- Managing phone calls and emails with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude.
- Keeping the front desk area tidy, organized, and inviting—that first impression matters.
- Coordinating bookings for classes, personal training sessions, and locker rentals.
- Liaising with trainers and club staff to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.
- Occasionally pitching in for club events and helping set up decorations or giveaways (we like to mix things up!).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A warm, approachable personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role—bonus points if it’s been in hospitality, gyms, salons, or similar environments.
