What You’ll Be Doing
- Enthusiastically greeting walk-in clients and helping them select the perfect gift or arrangement for their needs.
- Designing and crafting beautiful gift packages—from elegant corporate sets to playful birthday surprises.
- Gift-wrapping with flair and attention to detail, ensuring every package feels special.
- Creating (and sometimes inventing!) balloon decorations for both small and large-scale orders.
- Actively upselling products and add-ons, confidently guiding customers to discover what they didn’t know they needed.
- Managing POS transactions—accurately and efficiently.
- Keeping the shop space upbeat, tidy, and inviting for every visitor.
- Occasionally brainstorming with the team to develop new creative products or event ideas.
- Lending a hand with light inventory work and helping decorate in-store displays.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Natural creativity and strong hands-on crafting skills—especially gift wrapping and package design.
- Proven sales ability, including upselling and closing sales while keeping the customer experience positive.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
- Experience with balloons or event decorations—or an eagerness to learn!
- Ability to work full-time from our Uptown Mirdif, Dubai location.
Nice-to-Haves
