About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about the energy that keeps a well-run store humming along? As a Store Keeper with us in Al Khabaisi, you’ll be the friendly face and organized mind making it all happen — from the first delivery to the last box on the shelf. This isn’t just any inventory job; it’s a chance to step confidently into the world of retail operations, especially if you’re keen to build up your expertise while working in a professional, welcoming environment. Full training is provided, so even if you’re at the start of your career, you’ll have the support and skills you need to flourish.
About the Company
We’re a fast-growing retail business rooted right in the heart of Al Khabaisi, but you won’t find any stuffy “big corporate” vibes here. Our team is a tight-knit group who takes pride in making every customer experience smooth — and in celebrating our wins together, whether it’s a new best-seller or a birthday in the break room. Respect, professionalism, and a touch of good humor are core to how we work, and we’re genuinely excited to guide new team members from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining a spotless and organized stockroom — you’ll know where everything belongs, and you’ll inspire others to keep it that way.
- Receiving, checking, and logging inventory deliveries with a sharp eye for detail, making sure every item matches up.
- Assisting customers and teammates politely and patiently — your professionalism will set the tone in the store.
- Monitoring stock levels and helping identify when it’s time to reorder or restock.
- Logging product data and inventory movements in our system (training provided, so don’t worry if you haven’t before).
- Supporting daily store operations — pitching in wherever needed, whether it’s with displays, tidying, or simply brightening the day.
- Keeping all areas safe, clean, and in line with company standards.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent English and Arabic speaking and writing skills — you’ll be the bridge between teams and customers.
- Polished, professional appearance, and a knack for making a great first impression.
- Friendly manners and a genuine commitment to customer service.
- Willingness to learn — prior inventory experience isn’t essential, but a can-do attitude is.
- Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in retail, inventory, or similar roles.
- Comfort with basic computer systems or stock management software.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
