About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Join Our Team as a Finishing Carpenter

Are you a finishing carpenter who takes genuine pride in the smallest details? If you know the satisfaction that comes from seeing a perfectly fitted door or a polished cabinet, you might just be the person we’re looking for. We’re on the hunt for a skilled professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE—someone who understands that craftsmanship is both an art and a science. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects in an established setting at the heart of Dubai’s growing construction scene.

About Us

We’re a close-knit crew operating from the vibrant MOBH Complex in Dubai Investment Park 2, where no two days are quite the same. Our team believes in quality over quantity and takes real pride in creating spaces people love to live and work in—whether it’s a bespoke piece of furniture or a full set of tailor-made cabinets. While we work hard, we also know the value of camaraderie (and the occasional after-work chai). Our company is steadily growing, and we’re always looking for talented craftspeople who want to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Crafting wooden doors, furniture, and cabinets from scratch—precision and finish are key
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements accurately
  • Assembling, installing, and repairing various types of wooden and MDF fixtures
  • Working with hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborating with fellow carpenters and project managers to deliver on deadlines
  • Inspecting finished pieces for quality and making adjustments as needed
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workshop (because we all know how quickly things can pile up)
  • Occasionally assisting with material selection or site measurements for custom orders

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of finishing carpentry experience in the UAE
  • Strong expertise in making wooden doors, wooden furniture, and MDF cabinets
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings with accuracy
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with specialty finishes or decorative woodwork
  • Familiarity with modern carpentry equipment and safety procedures
  • Basic communication skills in English or Arabic

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided accommodation and daily transportation—no need to worry about your commute or finding a place to stay
  • Competitive salary range (AED 1300 – AED 2100 per month) based on experience
  • Work at a well-equipped facility in Dubai Investment Park 2
  • Supportive, friendly team environment where your skills are valued
  • Opportunities to work on a variety of projects—never a dull week!
  • Stable position in a reputable company with room for personal growth

We believe in treating our craftspeople with respect and supporting them so they can do their best work. If you’re ready to bring your skills to a team that truly values quality, we’d love to connect.

(Please note: This recruitment company applies a job application fee.)
