About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Thinking about using your finishing expertise to help craft the villas that define a skyline? If you’re the sort of foreman who gets a bit of a thrill walking through a nearly-complete home, catching every detail that needs to be just right, this might be your next job. We’re in search of a Finishing Foreman (Villa Expertise)—someone with seasoned hands, an exacting eye, and a reputation for seeing projects through to a gleaming finish. Interested in taking your skills to the next level across a portfolio of luxury villas? Let’s talk.

About the Company

We’re not one of those anonymous construction giants—you’ll know your coworkers by name, and if you stick around, you might even see a few families move into the homes you’ve helped build. Our company is all about quality, integrity, and strong ties among our project teams. You’ll find meetings on-site (not just in conference rooms), a real sense of pride in every finished job, and, yes, the occasional friendly debate over the best tile grout. We’ve experienced steady growth in the Gulf region, focusing on villas and premium residential developments where the last 5% of work makes all the difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of interior and exterior finishing works on villa and residential building sites
  • Supervising daily activities of finishing crews—painters, plasterers, tilers, carpenters, and more
  • Conducting regular quality control walkthroughs to ensure standards are met and details aren’t missed
  • Reviewing and interpreting drawings, finishing schedules, and client requirements, translating these into actionable work plans
  • Liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers to address finishing-related challenges or changes
  • Training and mentoring team members in best practices, promoting a culture of craftsmanship and accountability
  • Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols at all times—your team’s wellbeing comes first
  • Proactively identifying and resolving site issues, minimizing delays and rework wherever possible

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on finishing foreman experience in villa or residential projects in Gulf countries (required)
  • Deep knowledge of all aspects of finishing works—plastering, painting, tiling, cabinetry, external facades, and related trades
  • Demonstrable leadership—you know how to earn respect, rally your crew, and keep projects on track
  • Strong ability to read and implement technical drawings and finishing specifications
  • Problem-solving mindset and a steady, reliable presence on busy job sites

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Spoken Arabic or additional language skills
  • Basic knowledge of green building practices or high-end/unique finishing techniques
  • Experience working with international teams or consultants

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and project-based bonuses
  • Supportive team culture with plenty of knowledge-sharing
  • Opportunities for advancement as we expand our villa projects portfolio
  • Well-respected reputation for worksite safety and craftsmanship
  • On-the-job training and mentoring—if you want to learn more, just ask
  • Comfortable mix of traditional building techniques and modern finishing approaches
  • Generally stable working hours (with appreciation for extra effort during critical deadlines)
  • Dynamic, respectful workplace—your ideas and leadership really will make a difference

We know that the final finish says everything about our business, and we’re looking for someone who feels the same way. If crafting beautiful living spaces is in your blood, we hope you’ll consider joining our team.
