What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting drawings and plans to carry out precise interior fitout tasks
- Installing gypsum boards, suspended ceilings, partitions, and completing finishing works
- Working closely with the project team to ensure sites stay on track and snag-free
- Keeping a keen eye on quality, safety, and finishing details — every millimeter matters
- Managing your time and workload to hit tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Supporting teammates and lending a hand wherever needed to keep the project moving smoothly
- Proactively identifying issues on-site and offering practical, efficient solutions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrable experience in interior fitout projects (gypsum, ceilings, partitions, and finishing works)
- Ability to confidently read and interpret detailed drawings
- Strong commitment to teamwork, with excellent time management skills
- A hands-on, problem-solving attitude and pride in high-quality work
- Previous UAE fitout experience (highly preferred)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with local materials, suppliers, and industry best practices
- Basic communication in English or Arabic
- Experience in high-end or bespoke fitouts
