Here, every day is a little different: sometimes it’s prepping for a wedding, sometimes it’s wrapping up a single cheerful bouquet for a birthday surprise. What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing fresh, creative floral arrangements for a variety of occasions—birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, or “just because”
- Handling and conditioning flowers to ensure they look their best and last longer
- Managing daily orders and coordinating with customers for special requests or deliveries
- Sourcing and restocking flowers and supplies (we love a well-organized workspace!)
- Maintaining a clean, inviting work area at home
- Brainstorming new arrangement ideas and seasonal offerings with the team
- Assisting with occasional photo shoots for our social media (don’t worry—no modeling required)
- Keeping simple records of inventory and sales
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience as a florist or in floral arrangement (even if it’s self-taught!)
- Artistic flair and a keen eye for color, texture, and design
- Ability to work independently and manage your time well—especially under tight deadlines
- Friendly communication skills for chatting with customers and team members
- A genuine love of flowers and what they represent
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with weddings or large event floral work
- Basic photography or social media skills
- Familiarity with flower varieties common to Abu Dhabi’s climate
