About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ready to roll up your sleeves and lead the charge on some of the region’s most striking aluminum projects? We’re searching for an experienced Aluminum Foreman who knows their way around curtain wall systems and aluminum facades—someone who loves seeing plans leap off the page and settle into place onsite. If the idea of guiding a skilled team, troubleshooting on your feet, and watching buildings take shape excites you, you might be the leader we’ve been looking for.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit, specialized aluminum company with a reputation for transforming bold architectural visions into reality. Our team thrives on collaboration and problem-solving—whether that’s over a morning coffee or on the scaffolding, laughing through a tricky install. We take pride in innovation and attention to detail, and our projects range from dazzling commercial high rises to distinctive bespoke facades. Friday wrap-ups often involve a celebratory snack (or two), as we’re big believers in recognizing a job well done.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading site teams in the installation of curtain wall systems and all types of aluminum works—everyday brings something new.
  • Interpreting technical drawings and ensuring precise, on-spec execution across different project phases.
  • Coordinating tightly with project managers, architects, and engineers to align on requirements and sequencing.
  • Overseeing site safety, quality standards, and workflow efficiency—your crew will look to you for both direction and assurance.
  • Training, guiding, and mentoring technicians, helping new recruits find their footing (and seasoned ones refine their craft).
  • Troubleshooting onsite challenges, making quick, informed decisions when surprises pop up.
  • Keeping work documented and up-to-date—think progress reports, material logs, and punch lists.
  • Pitching in ideas for process improvements; we value resourcefulness at every level.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman in aluminum works, specifically curtain wall and façade systems.
  • Strong ability to read and execute technical construction drawings—attention to detail is non-negotiable.
  • Demonstrated skill in managing and motivating onsite teams, including subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices for aluminum installations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with modern tools or digital site management platforms.
  • Past exposure to high-rise, commercial, or custom architectural projects.
  • A knack for coaching new team members or running toolbox talks.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and site allowances for standout contributions.
  • Supportive team atmosphere—collaboration and good humor are always part of the day.
  • Opportunities to lead landmark projects and see tangible results of your expertise.
  • Professional development: Whether it’s upskilling, safety certifications, or learning new systems, we invest in your growth.
  • Stable, growing company with a reputation for quality work and integrity in the industry.
  • Regular social gatherings—nothing fancy, just a chance to relax and share a laugh outside the job.

We work hard, but we know how to celebrate milestones, small wins, and the satisfaction of a structure well-built. If you’re ready to make your mark with us, we’re excited to meet you.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For an experienced Aluminum Foreman specializing in curtain wall and facade systems, you should expect a salary of at least 6,000–9,000 AED per month in the UAE, with room for higher offers depending on your years of experience, project portfolio, and leadership abilities.
