What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading site teams in the installation of curtain wall systems and all types of aluminum works—everyday brings something new.
- Interpreting technical drawings and ensuring precise, on-spec execution across different project phases.
- Coordinating tightly with project managers, architects, and engineers to align on requirements and sequencing.
- Overseeing site safety, quality standards, and workflow efficiency—your crew will look to you for both direction and assurance.
- Training, guiding, and mentoring technicians, helping new recruits find their footing (and seasoned ones refine their craft).
- Troubleshooting onsite challenges, making quick, informed decisions when surprises pop up.
- Keeping work documented and up-to-date—think progress reports, material logs, and punch lists.
- Pitching in ideas for process improvements; we value resourcefulness at every level.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in aluminum works, specifically curtain wall and façade systems.
- Strong ability to read and execute technical construction drawings—attention to detail is non-negotiable.
- Demonstrated skill in managing and motivating onsite teams, including subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices for aluminum installations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
