What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring work runs smoothly and safely
- Coordinating skilled trades and labor teams — think of yourself as the conductor keeping everything in sync
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and project plans (and catching small details others might overlook)
- Liaising with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep timelines on track
