What You’ll Be Doing
For Foreman:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and crews, ensuring everything stays safe, productive, and on schedule
- Coordinate between project managers, onsite workers, and subcontractors, keeping everyone in the loop
- Inspect work progress, monitor adherence to plans/specs, and address problems as they arise
- Organize materials, equipment, and the workforce for smooth workflows
- Train, motivate, and support crew members (sometimes with a bit of humor — it goes a long way here)
- Maintain accurate logs, daily reports, and site documentation
For Electrician:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures in new builds and renovations
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Complete wiring, conduit, cabling, and troubleshooting — sometimes in tricky or tight spaces
- Test, diagnose, and resolve issues quickly and safely (your knack for finding solutions will be put to good use)
- Communicate clearly with site supervisors about progress, needs, and any unexpected challenges
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant experience in construction — as a Foreman or as an Electrician (please note the role you’re applying for)
- Currently residing in the UAE, ready for immediate joining
- Proven track record managing teams (Foreman) or handling installation/maintenance/repairs (Electrician)
- Strong ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the go
- Respect for safety procedures and pride in quality workmanship
Must-Haves:
- Valid residency or ability to transfer sponsorship
- Good command of spoken English (Arabic is a plus, but not required)
- Positive attitude and reliability — we count on each other here!
