About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Step Into Your Next Chapter as a Foreman or Electrician in Al Quoz, Dubai

Looking for a fresh challenge where your skills are truly valued and every day brings new opportunities? Our well-established construction company in Al Quoz is searching for both an experienced Foreman and a dedicated Electrician to help us deliver exceptional projects across Dubai. If you’re ready for immediate onboarding and currently residing in the UAE, this could be the perfect jump for your career — and your life in Dubai.

About Us

We’re not your typical construction outfit. Our team is a tight-knit, supportive group that thrives on collaboration, straight talk, and getting things done. There’s a sense of camaraderie here — whether it’s the friendly competition over who can spot a wiring issue fastest, or the team lunches we all look forward to after a job well done. We believe in open communication, prompt support, and celebrating our wins (big or small). Our projects are diverse, and so are our people: you’ll work alongside professionals who genuinely take pride in the spaces we bring to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

For Foreman:

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations and crews, ensuring everything stays safe, productive, and on schedule
  • Coordinate between project managers, onsite workers, and subcontractors, keeping everyone in the loop
  • Inspect work progress, monitor adherence to plans/specs, and address problems as they arise
  • Organize materials, equipment, and the workforce for smooth workflows
  • Train, motivate, and support crew members (sometimes with a bit of humor — it goes a long way here)
  • Maintain accurate logs, daily reports, and site documentation

For Electrician:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and fixtures in new builds and renovations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Complete wiring, conduit, cabling, and troubleshooting — sometimes in tricky or tight spaces
  • Test, diagnose, and resolve issues quickly and safely (your knack for finding solutions will be put to good use)
  • Communicate clearly with site supervisors about progress, needs, and any unexpected challenges

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant experience in construction — as a Foreman or as an Electrician (please note the role you’re applying for)
  • Currently residing in the UAE, ready for immediate joining
  • Proven track record managing teams (Foreman) or handling installation/maintenance/repairs (Electrician)
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the go
  • Respect for safety procedures and pride in quality workmanship

Must-Haves:

  • Valid residency or ability to transfer sponsorship
  • Good command of spoken English (Arabic is a plus, but not required)
  • Positive attitude and reliability — we count on each other here!

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary:
    • Foreman: AED 5,000–6,500
    • Electrician: AED 3,500–4,500
  • 2-year residency visa, health insurance, housing, and company-paid transportation
  • Fast-track onboarding — join our crew without the wait
  • Supportive, experienced team who make even busy days feel lighter
  • Opportunities to grow with us as our project pipeline expands

Your stability, well-being, and sense of belonging matter to us. Ready to build your future with a company that puts people first? We can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to the team.

Please note: There is an application fee for this recruitment process, as per company policy.
