About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it feels like to steer the daily pulse of a construction site — balancing big-picture progress with the nuts and bolts of on-the-ground action? As our new Foreman or Engineer, you’ll be at the very core of our projects, making sure every crew is empowered to do their best work while deadlines, budgets, and—most importantly—safety stay firmly on track. For anyone passionate about seeing concrete results (literally and figuratively), this is an opportunity to shape skylines right here in the UAE.

- Keeping clear, timely records of progress, and reporting regularly to the project management team.
- Spotting potential issues before they become real problems — whether it’s a scheduling hiccup or an equipment shortfall.
- Troubleshooting unexpected obstacles with creativity and calm.
