What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily construction or warehouse operations, ensuring site efficiency and organization
- Supervising, motivating, and coordinating workers—keeping the team productive, safe, and on task
- Monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and communicating updates to management
- Enforcing safety standards and best practices—because nothing’s more important than everyone going home safely
- Managing the allocation of equipment, materials, and resources for the day’s needs
- Acting as the go-to onsite contact for both workers and contractors, resolving any on-the-ground challenges
- Keeping accurate records of attendance, incidents, and daily site happenings
