What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations and providing hands-on leadership to your crew
- Interpreting construction drawings and clarifying details for your team
- Allocating manpower efficiently to meet project milestones
- Coordinating closely with project engineers to align on progress, challenges, and solutions
- Reporting on site progress, safety, and quality issues in a clear, timely manner
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities without breaking a sweat

- Making sure every task gets completed on time—no detail too small, no deadline missed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Foreman in construction
- Strong knowledge of site management, safety, and quality control
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Valid UAE driving license
- Confidence in reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Natural leadership skills—you know how to get the best from your team
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with diverse crews in the UAE
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools or site management software
