About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the heartbeat of an office? As our Front Desk Executive in Al Karama, you’re not just the face that greets everyone who walks in—you’re the person who sets the tone for their entire experience. Whether you’re welcoming clients, helping colleagues, or fielding a last-minute request with a smile, your ability to put people at ease is truly invaluable. If you thrive in friendly, professional environments where your attention to detail really matters, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

About the Company

Nestled in vibrant Al Karama, our office is a hive of activity—think bustling mornings, laughter over lunch, and colleagues who genuinely check in on each other. We’re a tight-knit team with a focus on getting things done without losing our human touch. Friday afternoons, you might find us sharing snacks and swapping stories from the week. What keeps us going? It’s our belief that a welcoming, well-run front desk is the secret ingredient to our positive office culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Offering a warm, professional welcome to every visitor, ensuring they feel at ease the moment they arrive.
  • Answering calls, emails, and queries with efficiency and a friendly tone—sometimes even before the phone rings twice!
  • Managing visitor logs, issuing badges, and keeping an organized record of arrivals and departures.
  • Supporting smooth office operations by coordinating mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Assisting with scheduling meeting rooms, occasionally prepping coffee and refreshments for guests.
  • Helping with basic administrative tasks—think filing, data entry, and keeping the reception area tidy and inviting.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to manage office supplies and flagging when we’re running low on essentials.
  • Lending a hand with ad hoc projects or company events as needed—because teamwork really is at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (at least 1 year preferred).
  • Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Professional appearance and a naturally positive demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, spreadsheets—you get the idea).
  • Strong organizational abilities and knack for multitasking.
  • UAE residency/eligibility to work in Dubai.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus).
  • Familiarity with booking systems or office management tools.
  • A warm sense of humor and ability to keep cool under pressure.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, paid on time—no surprises.
  • Supportive, team-first culture where everyone knows your name.
  • Central Al Karama location, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants.
  • Regular team lunches and casual dress code (because comfort matters).
  • Plenty of room to grow, learn new skills, or take on more responsibility if you want it.
  • Work-life balance is important to us—your well-being counts.

We believe the right person can make our office a place people look forward to starting their day. If you enjoy making a real difference in how others feel every day, you’ll find yourself right at home with us.
