What You’ll Be Doing
- Offering a warm, professional welcome to every visitor, ensuring they feel at ease the moment they arrive.
- Answering calls, emails, and queries with efficiency and a friendly tone—sometimes even before the phone rings twice!
- Managing visitor logs, issuing badges, and keeping an organized record of arrivals and departures.
- Supporting smooth office operations by coordinating mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Assisting with scheduling meeting rooms, occasionally prepping coffee and refreshments for guests.
- Helping with basic administrative tasks—think filing, data entry, and keeping the reception area tidy and inviting.
- Collaborating with colleagues to manage office supplies and flagging when we’re running low on essentials.
- Lending a hand with ad hoc projects or company events as needed—because teamwork really is at the heart of what we do.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (at least 1 year preferred).
- Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Professional appearance and a naturally positive demeanor.
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, spreadsheets—you get the idea).
- Strong organizational abilities and knack for multitasking.
- UAE residency/eligibility to work in Dubai.
Nice-to-Haves
