About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to truly become part of a family’s day-to-day rhythm? We’re looking for a full-time Maid/Nanny in Al Ain (specifically the Alkhabisi area) who feels just as rewarded by a sparkling kitchen as by a baby’s giggle. If you take pride in making a house feel like a home, and you know your way around baby care from bottles to bath-time, this could be just the place for you.
About the Family
We’re a small family with a big appreciation for trust and care — and we believe a happy household runs on genuine teamwork. You’ll notice it’s a friendly, open environment where everyone’s contribution is valued. Fridays mean a simple family dinner (don’t be surprised if you’re part of it), and we love little routines that make daily life smooth and enjoyable for everyone, especially our 8-month-old.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping keep the house clean, tidy, and comfortable each day
- Caring for our 8-month-old baby – from feeding and changing diapers, to gentle play and settling for naps
- Cooking healthy meals for the baby (and helping occasionally with family meals if needed)
- Washing and ironing baby’s clothes, and making sure nursery items are clean and organized
- Occasionally assisting with family laundry and keeping common areas neat
- Following our routines but bringing your own practical touch to make life run even better
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently living in Al Ain (applications from other areas won’t be considered, sorry!)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Maid/Nanny in the UAE — especially with babies under 1 year
- Confident and compassionate baby care skills (feeding, hygiene, understanding routines)
- Ability to cook simple, nutritious meals for a baby
- Trustworthiness and respect for privacy, plus a friendly, positive attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic knowledge of English or Arabic
- Experience with preparing special baby food (purees, finger foods, etc.)
- A knack for organizing (we love tidy spaces!)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 1,200 per month (all-inclusive)
- Private, respectful, and safe working environment with a supportive family
- Consistent routine with plenty of appreciation for your work
- Opportunity to form a real connection with our family and watch our little one grow
- All required accommodations provided (ask us about details during your interview)
- A team spirit where you’re more than “just the help” — you’re a valued member of our home
If you want stable, rewarding work and a household that values warm-hearted care, this may be the perfect fit for you. We can’t wait to welcome the right person into our family!
