About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined what it takes to keep a busy furniture workshop humming — orders delivered on time, every edge sanded to perfection? As our Furniture Factory Foreman in Aldhaid, Sharjah, you won’t just be overseeing the shop floor; you’ll play a key role in shaping everything we create. If you know your way around woodworking machines and can spot a flawless cut from across the room, this is your stage.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team that takes real pride in what we build — from bespoke wardrobes to stunning kitchen units, our craftsmanship ends up in homes and businesses all over the UAE. Here, the buzz from the saws and the scent of fresh wood are part of daily life. While we work hard to hit deadlines and push ourselves on quality, you’ll find a crew that helps each other out, has a laugh over tea breaks, and genuinely cares about every finished piece. Fridays sometimes feature impromptu BBQs out back, and we never miss a birthday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team of skilled carpenters and helpers, ensuring everyone knows their tasks (and has the right tools for the job)

- Overseeing machine setups — saws, routers, edgebanders — to keep production smooth and safe
- Organizing production schedules, allocating manpower, and tracking progress so nothing falls behind
- Inspecting finished pieces for quality, detail, and fit — catching issues before they leave the floor
- Providing hands-on guidance if team members hit a tricky spot, sharing your woodworking know-how
- Coordinating with installers, suppliers, and designers to keep the process running like clockwork
- Balancing the big priorities: meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and promoting a safe, positive work environment
