About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you a natural leader with a knack for building and inspiring teams? Imagine making a visible impact every day, right from the heart of Abu Dhabi. As our new General Manager for the TADBEER Center, you’ll steer the ship—aligning operations, compliance, and strategy with a sense of purpose and responsibility. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a cornerstone within the country’s domestic worker service sector, right as the industry evolves alongside growing regulatory standards.

About the Company

At our TADBEER Center, we believe that service isn’t just about processes—it’s about people. Even as the business grows, we’ve managed to keep an entrepreneurial spirit: quick check-ins, open doors, and the kind of teamwork where everyone takes pride in doing their part right. Our location in Al Nahyan Camp puts us in the thick of Abu Dhabi’s vibrant energy. Here, Friday morning brainstorming sessions (fueled by that second round of gahwa) are as critical as blue-chip strategies, and everyone’s ideas are welcome at the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking full ownership of overall business performance: from setting high-level goals to carefully tracking progress across all departments
  • Developing and refining strategies that uphold TADBEER’s mission and adapt quickly to market and regulatory changes
  • Ensuring ironclad compliance with all UAE labor and TADBEER regulations—and cultivating an operational culture where ethics always come first
  • Leading, coaching, and empowering department heads—helping them grow their teams and deliver their best
  • Managing budgets with a sharp eye, maintaining financial discipline, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government bodies—you’ll be our face, voice, and advocate
  • Spotting challenges before they become fires, all while keeping staff morale high and clients satisfied
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and development of top-tier talent for a best-in-class service experience

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven senior leadership experience in service operations, hospitality, or a similar high-compliance sector
  • Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and TADBEER regulations
  • Demonstrated success managing diverse teams and building collaborative cultures
  • Strong business acumen: budgeting, forecasting, reporting—you know your numbers
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
  • Ability to juggle shifting priorities, handle pressure, and make confident decisions

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience managing a TADBEER Center or related government-regulated facility
  • Connections with local authorities or industry networks
  • Familiarity with HR best practices in the domestic work sector

Not sure you fit every qualification? We value drive, warmth, and curiosity—the rest can be learned.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation with annual performance incentives
  • Centrally located—Al Nahyan Camp is bustling and convenient
  • Supportive, close-knit team that celebrates every win (big and small)
  • Clear path for career progression as our center—and your impact—expands
  • Ongoing professional development to keep you sharp in a changing sector
  • A sense of genuine purpose: your leadership shapes lives and livelihoods

If you’re looking for responsibility, challenge, and the chance to leave a meaningful legacy in a fast-evolving field, you’ll find your place here. We can’t wait to meet the leader who’ll help us set the gold standard.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 18,000–25,000 AED per month for a General Manager role in the TADBEER/domestic worker service sector, especially given the high level of responsibility, compliance requirements, and expertise needed. Similar senior positions in Abu Dhabi often offer compensation in this range, along with performance incentives and benefits, reflecting both the leadership level and the industry’s regulatory demands. Strong experience, fluency in Arabic, and prior work in regulated centers could justify an expectation toward the upper end of this bracket.
