What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and supporting your team’s daily tasks, ensuring everyone’s on track and motivated.
  • Providing guidance and hands-on help to team members—remember, you’re setting the example!
  • Coordinating schedules and making sure resources are distributed fairly.
  • Keeping an eye on workplace safety and hygiene standards.
