What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with daily construction site activities—moving materials, loading and unloading supplies, and tidying up as needed.
- Supporting skilled tradesmen and supervisors by preparing work areas and fetching equipment.
- Following directions for site safety and taking clear care of protective gear.
- Completing assigned tasks with a consistent pace and positive attitude—even when the work gets tough or the sun’s out in full force.
- Reporting any potential safety hazards to your supervisor straight away.
- Sometimes lending a hand with basic repairs, simple measurements, or other tasks the construction team relies on.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual labor for extended periods.
- Punctuality and strong attendance—showing up on time means everything on site.
- Seriousness about following instructions and looking after safety, both yours and the team’s.
- Willingness to work at residential and commercial construction sites in Abu Dhabi.
- Preference will be given to Indian and Pakistani applicants, especially those already living locally.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with a contracting or construction company.
- Basic understanding of site safety or experience with construction tools.
