About the Company
Our team is a tight-knit group working on both residential and commercial interior projects all over Liwa. We’re small but busy, with a reputation built on attention to detail and reliability. You’ll find that we value each worker’s skill and input — after all, everyone here knows what it’s like to spend a hot day making sure every joint and edge is just right. And while the talk on site is often about the best finishing tricks or the fastest way to handle complex corners, you’ll also hear plenty of good-natured banter and shared pride when a job is done well.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing gypsum board systems for walls and ceilings in various settings (homes, shops, offices)
- Handling all aspects of finishing, including taping, jointing, sanding, and prepping surfaces for paint
- Assisting with interior decoration and execution of design features as requested by clients
- Ensuring clean, precise cuts and proper fitting of boards
- Cleaning up workspaces and maintaining tools in good condition
- Collaborating with teammates and the foreman to deliver quality results on a daily schedule
What You’ll Bring
- Attentive experience with gypsum board installation and finishing work
- Ability to measure, cut, and install board accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of finishing techniques (taping, joint compound, corner beads, etc.)
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a close team
- Flexibility to work long days as needed (sometimes the job calls for it!)
