About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking to take your craftsmanship to the next level? We’re searching for a skilled Gypsum Carpenter who takes pride in the details — someone who enjoys turning a blank wall into something beautiful and functional. If you’re ready to be an essential part of building standout spaces, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Working hands-on with quality materials, your expertise will quite literally shape the places people work and live.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit construction team with a passion for quality builds and creative interiors. Our projects range from slick commercial fit-outs to bespoke residential renovations — and we treat every space like it’s our own. You’ll find us sharing tips (and probably some laughs) over morning coffee, and yes, we celebrate a job well done together. We value integrity, precision, and the craft behind carpentry — not just fast turnarounds.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure top-notch results on every project
- Regularly checking your own work for quality, making adjustments where needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workspace

- Reliability and a strong work ethic — someone who shows up ready to get things done
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with both commercial and residential gypsum applications
- An eye for design or decorative details in finishing work

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
