What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Heavy Equipment Operator
- Operate heavy machinery—such as excavators, loaders, or cranes—on project sites with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate equipment tasks and meet deadlines
- Safely maneuver vehicles in tight, bustling work zones—no day is the same
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report bigger snags promptly
Iron Worker
- Assemble, erect, and weld steel frameworks and structural components at construction sites
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure exact measurements and placements
- Bolt, rivet, or weld iron pieces in place, always keeping safety harnesses and gear in check
- Work closely with cranes and other team members to position beams and columns securely
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintain a tidy, hazard-free work area
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- Current UAE residency and the ability to join immediately—no long onboarding delays
- Proven experience in operating heavy machinery or iron working (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Good understanding of site safety standards and a strong work ethic
- Comfort working outdoors in hot weather and dynamic construction environments
- Basic literacy for understanding site instructions and blueprints
Nice-to-Haves:
- Attested technical or trade certificates
- Previous experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with both English and Hindi/Urdu conversational basics
