About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself as the friendly face greeting guests in the heart of Downtown Dubai, or ensuring travelers enjoy spotless comfort during their stay? We’re growing our hospitality team and looking for Front Desk Agents, Housekeeping Staff, and Waiters who thrive on making others feel truly welcome. If exceptional service makes your day — and you’re searching for a role where no two shifts are exactly the same — this could be your next great opportunity.

About the Company

We’re a spirited team of hospitality professionals supporting some of the most dynamic hotels in Downtown Dubai. Our workplace buzzes with a diverse crew who believe life’s best moments happen over shared meals, warm hellos, and a commitment to raising the service bar — every day. You’ll find Friday laughter over team lunches and a management style that believes a happy staff creates happy guests. Innovation in guest experience is our bread and butter, but we keep things grounded — here, real effort and genuine smiles are what count.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Front Desk Agents:

    • Welcome guests and deliver that crucial first impression — whether it’s cheerful check-in, swift check-out, or answering curious questions about the city.
    • Manage reservations and handle payments with an eagle eye for accuracy (and a smile, of course).
    • Troubleshoot guest concerns with calm professionalism — sometimes it’s a room switch, sometimes it’s just a restaurant recommendation.
  • Housekeeping Staff:

    • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are not just clean, but sparkling — think “Wow!” not “Well, it’s ok.”
    • Promptly restock amenities and report maintenance issues so every guest’s stay feels seamless.
    • Collaborate with your team to deliver rooms on time, no shortcuts or cut corners.
  • Waiters:

    • Greet diners, take orders with confidence, and deliver food and drinks that keep guests coming back.
    • Share recommendations from the menu (and know a little story behind the day’s special).
    • Anticipate needs — refill glasses, check on meals, and make each table feel a little special.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Legal right to work in the UAE and currently residing here.
    • Good spoken English and communication skills (other languages are a bonus).
    • Polished, presentable appearance and a friendly, service-driven attitude.
    • Previous experience in hotels or hospitality environments.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with hotel booking or POS systems.
    • Knowledge of Downtown Dubai’s attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or a fast-changing guest list.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Provided visa and comfortable staff accommodation — so you can settle in quickly.
  • Competitive salary, always on time.
  • Team meals and uniform provided — one less thing to worry about.
  • Real chance to learn, grow, and maybe even discover your next role in hospitality management.
  • Friendly, multi-national team where support is genuine (and birthdays don’t go unnoticed).

We know there’s no “one way” to thrive in hospitality. Here, effort is recognized, and your passion for service will set you apart.
(Please note: This recruitment company applies a job application fee. Details will be shared during the process.)

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk us through a time you handled a challenging guest request or complaint? How did you resolve it and what was the outcome?
  • For Front Desk Agents: How do you ensure accuracy when managing reservations and processing payments, especially if you’re under pressure or dealing with multiple guests?
  • What strategies do you use to maintain exceptional attention to detail when cleaning guest rooms or public spaces, ensuring that “Wow!” effect our guests remember?
  • Describe your experience with hotel property management or POS systems. Are there specific tools you’ve used before?
  • How would you respond if a guest asked for a restaurant or attraction recommendation in Downtown Dubai? What would you highlight?
  • Give us an example of how you’ve anticipated a guest’s needs before they asked — whether on the restaurant floor, at the front desk, or during housekeeping shifts.
  • Tell us how you adapt when your shift suddenly becomes hectic, like a lobby full of check-ins, or several tables requesting orders at once. How do you stay focused and positive?
  • What makes you genuinely excited about delivering great service, especially when you’re doing it for each and every guest?
  • Our teams are diverse and often work closely together juggling changing duties. Can you share a time when you supported a coworker or worked through a busy period as a team?
  • For Waiters: How do you ensure diners feel welcomed and remembered, even if you see hundreds of guests a week?
  • What does going “above and beyond” for a guest mean to you? Can you share a specific example from your previous roles?
  • How do you handle shift work and the flexible hours required in hospitality? What helps you stay energized and consistent?
  • We pride ourselves on recognizing effort and celebrating our team. What kind of workplace culture helps you feel valued and brings out your best performance?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis
