What You’ll Be Doing
Front Desk Agents:
- Welcome guests and deliver that crucial first impression — whether it’s cheerful check-in, swift check-out, or answering curious questions about the city.
- Manage reservations and handle payments with an eagle eye for accuracy (and a smile, of course).
- Troubleshoot guest concerns with calm professionalism — sometimes it’s a room switch, sometimes it’s just a restaurant recommendation.
Housekeeping Staff:
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are not just clean, but sparkling — think “Wow!” not “Well, it’s ok.”
- Promptly restock amenities and report maintenance issues so every guest’s stay feels seamless.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver rooms on time, no shortcuts or cut corners.
Waiters:
- Greet diners, take orders with confidence, and deliver food and drinks that keep guests coming back.
- Share recommendations from the menu (and know a little story behind the day’s special).
- Anticipate needs — refill glasses, check on meals, and make each table feel a little special.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Legal right to work in the UAE and currently residing here.
- Good spoken English and communication skills (other languages are a bonus).
- Polished, presentable appearance and a friendly, service-driven attitude.
- Previous experience in hotels or hospitality environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with hotel booking or POS systems.
- Knowledge of Downtown Dubai’s attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or a fast-changing guest list.
