About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it feels like to be the face of a world-class hospitality experience right in the heart of Dubai? If you’re energized by meeting new people every day and thrive in dynamic environments, One&Only One Za'abeel may be your next adventure. We’re urgently searching for enthusiastic Hotel Customer Service staff — from Receptionists to Bell Boys, Hosts to Front Desk superheroes — ready to create unforgettable moments for our guests. In a city that never stands still, this is your chance to be at the beating heart of one of its most iconic destinations.

About the Company

Step inside One&Only One Za'abeel and you’ll quickly notice: we’re not your standard hotel. Think of us as a vibrant community, where every team member plays a role in shaping the guest experience — and leaves their own mark. Located on the illustrious Za'abeel 1 Street, our property is part of an exclusive collection of world-renowned resorts. Our team is a wonderfully diverse mix of personalities and backgrounds, with Friday afternoons often spent celebrating big wins or small, “just because.” We’re passionate about service, but equally committed to making sure our staff feel seen and supported — after all, happy teams make happy guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and making those all-important first impressions count.
  • Checking guests in and out smoothly, handling inquiries, and resolving any hitches with empathy and efficiency.
  • Answering phones, managing bookings, and providing up-to-date information about the hotel and local attractions — your smile (even over the phone) is your calling card.
  • Assisting guests with luggage, arranging transport, or simply pointing them to the city’s hidden gems.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and other teams to ensure seamless service — communication is everything here.
  • For Hosts and Hostesses: greeting diners, managing reservations, and setting the tone for amazing culinary experiences.
  • For Bell Boys: helping guests get settled, from room orientation to luggage support and beyond.
  • Supporting your teammates whenever needed, because every shift is a collective effort.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A friendly attitude, natural curiosity, and real enthusiasm for helping people.
  • Eager to learn and adapt — especially if you’re new to the UAE hospitality world.
  • Good communication skills (English is helpful; other languages are a bonus!).
  • Professional presentation and reliability — you’ll be the face of One&Only.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • All nationalities welcome. Freshers encouraged — we believe talent comes from anywhere.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience in hospitality.
  • Confidence using booking systems or learning new tech quickly.
  • Strong local knowledge about Dubai and its attractions.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive starting salaries (AED 2,200 – AED 5,000+), reflecting your skills and experience.
  • We handle the essentials: company-paid visa, comfortable accommodation, and daily transportation to and from the hotel.
  • Generous annual leave — everyone needs time to recharge.
  • Work side-by-side with colleagues from all over the world, learn on the job, and build a career in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong company culture with events, recognition, and chances to grow into new roles.

Joining us means more than just a job — you’ll be part of a team that celebrates individuality, supports newcomers, and makes every guest (and every team member) feel genuinely welcome. If that sounds like your kind of place, we can’t wait to meet you!
