What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting each guest with genuine warmth, a ready smile, and a can-do attitude
- Seamlessly handling check-ins and check-outs, making every arrival and departure feel smooth
- Keeping our reservation system up-to-date—modifying bookings, recording requests, and juggling last-minute changes
- Responding to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, or by email—with patience and clarity
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet special requests or resolve hiccups
- Handling cash, processing payments, and accurately balancing your till at the end of the shift
- Sharing your insider knowledge of Deira—where to eat, what to see, and how to get around
- Jumping in to help, whether covering a colleague’s break or lending a hand during busy periods
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- A warm, approachable demeanor and a passion for hospitality
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, or a customer service role
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
