What You’ll Be Doing

- Hotel General Manager / Catering General Manager:
Lead daily operations with warmth and vision, nurturing guest satisfaction and team development, and overseeing every detail that promotes excellence. Mentor department leads to achieve business goals and ensure operational efficiency. - Head of Traffic Transport:
Coordinate transport logistics for staff and guests, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and always have a creative solution on hand when plans go awry. - Personal Assistant:
Anticipate the needs of busy execs, handle scheduling, correspondence, and confidential information with grace and good humor. - Head of QA Food Safety / Site Health & Safety / Env. Officer / HSE Supervisor:
Champion industry standards, conduct regular audits and training, and step up as the go-to expert on all safety and compliance matters. - Facility Leader / Camp Boss Manager / Head Office Kitchen Manager:
Oversee seamless facility and kitchen operations, ensuring accommodations, meals, and environments exceed expectations. - Head Chefs (Arabic, Pakistani, Chinese, Filipino, Bakery, Pastry):
Drive menu innovation, lead vibrant kitchen teams, and plate dishes that leave a lasting impression—adding a personal twist to heritage flavors. - Reception Supervisor / Reception Attendant:
Set the tone as the first friendly face (or voice!) guests encounter, and coach your team to deliver smooth, memorable check-ins every time.
