What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the full logistics cycle for large-scale contracting projects, from initial planning to final delivery
- Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure materials and equipment arrive when (and where) they’re supposed to
- Managing inventory levels and storage solutions to minimize downtime and avoid bottlenecks
- Developing and refining processes—think smarter, safer, and more efficient ways to get the job done
- Navigating Dubai’s logistics landscape, including import/export regulations and local transportation rules
- Troubleshooting delays or issues with a solutions-first mindset (bonus points for keeping your cool under pressure)
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a small but mighty logistics support team
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in logistics management, ideally within construction or contracting environments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts (literally and figuratively)
- Familiarity with sourcing, supplier negotiations, and basic supply chain management
- Problem-solving chops and a knack for thinking on your feet
- Fluency in English; strong communication skills for diverse teams
- Valid UAE driving license (or eligibility to obtain one shortly)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
- Local UAE experience—knowing the ins and outs of the area really helps
- Working knowledge of Arabic or a second language
- Comfort with logistics tech/platforms
