About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of the heartbeat of a luxury hotel, right in the dazzling heart of Jumeira, Dubai? Whether you’re drawn to the energy of high-end hospitality or love the idea of building something special alongside a team of passionate professionals, this could be your next big move. We’re seeking Managers, Administrative Staff, and Administrative Assistants—both male and female—to join us as we create unforgettable guest experiences (and perhaps a few behind-the-scenes memories, too). Attractive salary ranges and a warm, international team await—let’s see if you’re the perfect fit.

About the Company

This isn’t just any luxury hotel; it’s a community where Dubai’s signature elegance meets genuine, old-fashioned hospitality. Guests from all over the globe walk through our doors, and every team member—whether they’re greeting visitors at reception or keeping our operations running smoothly—plays a starring role. We celebrate our cultural diversity (you’ll hear at least five languages at the staff coffee machine) and believe that our people are our greatest luxury. With a focus on both guest satisfaction and staff well-being, our hotel is not just a place to work, but somewhere you’ll truly belong.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managers

  • Lead and motivate your team with a hands-on approach (no ivory towers here).
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service—nothing short of five-star.
  • Participate in regular strategy huddles with department heads; your voice will be heard.
  • Handle escalated guest issues with diplomacy, turning challenges into “wow” moments.
  • Collaborate on staff training and development—sharing knowledge, building confidence.

Administrative Staff

  • Support hotel management and operations through efficient scheduling, documentation, and guest correspondence.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure information flows smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain records and help process visas and permits for international guests and staff.
  • Act as the friendly face (and voice) on the phone and at the desk—smiles make a difference here!

Administrative Assistants

  • Provide day-to-day support to managers and teams, handling everything from preparing reports to arranging meetings.
  • Keep digital and paper files organized so things run like clockwork.
  • Assist with data entry and help the admin team stay two steps ahead.
  • Pitch in on special projects or events—no two days are ever the same.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Relevant experience in your chosen role—at least 2 years is preferred (hotel sector experience is a definite plus).
  • Comfortable communicating in English; extra points for other languages.
  • A professional attitude with a flair for problem-solving and a guest-first mindset.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Familiarity with guest management or hotel management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for details others might miss.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages:
    • Managers: AED 8,000–12,000
    • Administrative Staff: AED 5,000–7,000
    • Administrative Assistants: AED 3,500–5,000
(Based on your experience and skills)
  • Residence visa arranged for employees—your career and life dreams can both grow here.
  • Open to both visitors and UAE residents, creating a truly international work environment.
  • Supportive management and team culture—a place where new ideas are genuinely welcomed.
  • On-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement.
  • Staff meals, annual leave, and regular team celebrations (we love birthdays—and cake).
  • A beautiful, lively setting in one of Dubai’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Work where your professionalism is appreciated, and your individuality is celebrated every day. There’s something special about seeing the lights of Jumeira outside your window as you build your career with us.
