What You’ll Be Doing

Waiters (Male & Female):

  • Welcoming guests with a warm smile and guiding them through our menu
  • Taking orders efficiently, always with attention to detail
  • Ensuring tables are clean, comfortable, and inviting
  • Handling guest queries or special requests with patience and care
  • Working closely with the kitchen and other staff to keep service smooth

Hot Chef:

  • Preparing hot dishes that delight guests, from breakfast to dinner
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborating with the team to design daily specials
  • Managing kitchen inventory and supporting junior chefs

Assistant Chef:

  • Supporting the Hot Chef in all aspects of food prep and cooking
  • Learning new recipes and techniques in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Helping keep the kitchen organized and efficient
  • Pitching in wherever needed—no task too small

Cashier:

  • Greeting customers and processing orders with accuracy and a friendly touch
  • Managing cash, card, and digital payments
  • Answering basic customer queries with patience and professionalism
  • Keeping the counter area tidy and organized

Barista:

  • Crafting specialty coffees and teas to order (think latte art, not just drip coffee)
  • Engaging with guests about their drink preferences or our latest blends
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the coffee station
  • Recommending pastries or snacks to pair with drinks

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in your chosen role (even just a little—it counts!)
  • Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Good communication skills (English required; other languages a plus)
  • Already based in the UAE (we provide residency visas)
