What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, here’s a taste of where you might shine:
- Greeting guests with authentic smiles and a can-do spirit (Reception, Bell Boy)
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests smoothly—sometimes all at once!
- Responding to guest queries and solving issues before they become a problem (Customer Service)
- Managing cash and payments with diligence and honesty (Cashier)
- Training, supporting, and guiding team members to deliver 5-star service (Supervisor)
- Maintaining records, coordinating with housekeeping, or managing guest luggage—no two days are the same
- Jumping in as needed—hospitality is a team sport
