What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, here’s a taste of where you might shine:

  • Greeting guests with authentic smiles and a can-do spirit (Reception, Bell Boy)
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests smoothly—sometimes all at once!
  • Responding to guest queries and solving issues before they become a problem (Customer Service)
  • Managing cash and payments with diligence and honesty (Cashier)
  • Training, supporting, and guiding team members to deliver 5-star service (Supervisor)
  • Maintaining records, coordinating with housekeeping, or managing guest luggage—no two days are the same
  • Jumping in as needed—hospitality is a team sport

What You’ll Bring
