What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your chosen role, your day might look like:
- Chef / Cook: Preparing delicious dishes, perfecting recipes, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting its best
- Kitchen Helper: Assisting chefs, prepping ingredients, keeping the kitchen organized and sparkling — a vital behind-the-scenes player
- Room Service Staff: Delivering orders with a genuine smile, ensuring guests feel pampered from breakfast to late-night snacks
- Head Waiter: Guiding the dining team, managing shifts, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience
- Cleaner: Keeping guest rooms and public spaces spotless, noticing the little details, and creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in your chosen role (hotel or restaurant experience is a big plus, but we value passion and reliability just as much)
- A positive, can-do attitude — you’re ready to pitch in wherever needed
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from within the country only, please)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (with one day off per week)
- Team spirit — you enjoy working with people from all walks of life
Nice-to-Haves:
- English or Arabic language skills
- Previous experience in luxury hotels or resorts
- For chef/cook: Specialty cuisine expertise or culinary certifications
