About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what it takes to turn a simple meal into a memorable experience? If you have a knack for brightening someone’s day and enjoy the buzz of a busy dining room, you might be just the person we’re looking for. We’re on the hunt for a friendly, energetic Waiter or Waitress to join a vibrant team in Sharjah — perfect for someone ready to step up, start immediately, and grow in the heart of the UAE’s dynamic hospitality scene.
About the Company
This isn’t just another restaurant gig. You’ll be joining a well-established hospitality group known for its welcoming atmosphere and genuine care for both guests and staff. The team here is tight-knit (expect camaraderie over post-shift meals and plenty of inside jokes), with management that believes in giving everyone a real shot at learning and moving up. They take pride in making every customer feel special — and they’ll help you do the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel at home from the moment they walk in
- Taking accurate food and drink orders, and making menu recommendations when needed
- Delivering orders efficiently while checking in to see if guests need anything else
- Maintaining spotless tables and a tidy dining area — because details matter
- Handling customer feedback or requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Collaborating with kitchen and fellow service staff to keep everything running smoothly
- Occasionally helping out with setup, restocking, or special events (never a dull moment!)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service (even if it’s just a few months)
- Presentable appearance and positive, can-do attitude
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Currently inside the UAE and ready to join immediately
Nice-to-Haves
- Sharjah or Dubai experience (but if you’re new to the city, that’s fine too)
- Familiarity with POS systems or restaurant tech
- A knack for remembering regulars’ favorite orders
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience
- Meals provided during shifts — you’ll never go hungry on the job
- Company-sponsored visa and accommodation (no house-hunting stress)
- Supportive, multicultural team that values respect and good humor
- Plenty of opportunities to learn new skills or move up if you show drive
- Immediate start for candidates currently in the UAE
At the end of the day, you’ll be part of a team that works hard, laughs together, and takes pride in creating great moments for guests — and for each other. If you’re looking for more than just a paycheck, you might have just found your people.
Note: Please be aware that this recruitment company applies a job application fee.
