About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about working with a family that truly values reliability and kindness at home? We're looking for a warm and diligent Housemaid to join our household on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. If you're skilled in cooking (or ready to learn) and enjoy caring for little ones, this might just be the perfect fit for you. And good news — you don’t need your own visa; we’ll take care of the sponsorship side.
About the Family
We’re a small, welcoming family who knows that a happy home depends on good people. Our days are filled with gentle routines, laughter, and plenty of home-cooked meals — which means your role will always be appreciated, never overlooked. We believe in respectful communication and treat everyone in our home with kindness. (You’ll quickly notice we like to keep things organized, but never uptight!)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing daily meals or learning new recipes tailored to the family’s tastes — creativity is welcome!
- Caring for a baby — this includes gentle play, feeding, and keeping a watchful, nurturing eye throughout the day.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy home environment, including daily cleaning routines and occasional deep cleaning tasks.
- Assisting the family with day-to-day needs, always ready to lend a hand where needed.
- Communicating openly if you need help, or if something could work better — we appreciate suggestions.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience as a housemaid/nanny, with at least one completed contract (references are a bonus!)
- A good attitude toward cooking, whether you already love it or are ready to learn more in the kitchen.
- Comfort with babies — patient, attentive, and affectionate.
- Hard-working, honest, and dependable, with a can-do spirit.
- Currently on a cancelled or visit visa (we will handle sponsorship — please let us know your status).
- Available to start soon in Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary of 1,500 AED per month, paid on time.
- No need for your own visa — we provide sponsorship and handle paperwork.
- Supportive, friendly environment — respect is at the heart of our home.
- A consistent routine matched with flexibility and understanding when life happens.
- Located on vibrant Al Reem Island with easy access and a safe neighborhood.
- Your suggestions for meal planning or home care are genuinely welcomed!
Joining our family is more than a job — it’s about building trust, sharing laughter, and being part of a safe, caring home. If you value fairness, teamwork, and a friendly atmosphere, you’ll feel right at home here.
