About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about growing your career right in the lively heart of Dubai? If you've been searching for an environment where people matter just as much as productivity, this could be your next big step. We’re recruiting for several key roles — HR, Admin, and Accountant — at our bustling Burjuman office, offering an attractive package tailored for professionals already in the UAE. With benefits that truly support life outside of work, this opportunity is designed for those who want more than just a paycheck.

About the Company

Picture a workplace where diversity isn’t a buzzword — it’s our daily reality. Our team comes from all corners of the globe, and we’re proud of our friendly culture and collaborative spirit. Whether it’s sharing a meal over lunch or celebrating our monthly achievers in style, we believe in supporting each other’s growth. As a recruitment company, we know that the people behind the desks are the real secret to any business’s success, and that’s what drives our approach every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your strengths and selected position, here’s what to expect day-to-day:

  • Handling sensitive HR matters with empathy and efficiency, from onboarding to staff welfare
  • Assisting with smooth office operations, keeping everything running like clockwork for the Admin side
  • Managing accounts, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports to support solid business decisions
  • Collaborating closely across teams to solve daily challenges and improve how we work
  • Ensuring company policies are followed and regularly updated for compliance
  • Fostering a supportive work environment, whether you’re the first face new hires see or the go-to problem solver
  • Jumping in on new projects or initiatives as they come up — every week brings something different

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently residing inside the UAE (mandatory for application)
  • Relevant experience in HR, administration, or accounting (even if you’re just starting out, enthusiasm counts!)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • Attention to detail — whether you’re crunching numbers or keeping paperwork on track
  • Comfort working with a diverse, multicultural team
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn — even when things move fast

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience within Dubai’s recruitment or service sectors
  • Familiarity with local laws and employment practices
  • A knack for problem solving and finding creative solutions
  • Fluency in additional languages (always a plus in our team!)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-Provided Visa — we handle the paperwork so you can focus on your job
  • Daily Meals Provided — no need to worry about cooking or food expenses
  • Comfortable Accommodation — rest easy with staff lodging options available
  • Transportation to Work — company transport ensures a smooth daily commute
  • Competitive Salary — AED 5,500–6,000 per month, paid on time, every time
  • Supportive, Multicultural Team — bring your authentic self to work
  • Opportunities to Grow — expand your experience and develop new skills

It’s not just about the perks — it’s about being part of a company that’s invested in your whole life, not just your job title. If you’re based in the UAE and looking for a team where everyone pitches in and celebrates together, we’d love to meet you.

(Please note: our recruitment process involves a standard job application fee.)
