About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what really keeps a bustling warehouse operation running smoothly? Hint: It's more than just forklifts and shipping schedules. At our Jebel Ali-based logistics hub, we’re looking for sharp, detail-oriented folks to join us as HR Assistants, Office Assistants, and Data Entry Clerks—each role playing a vital part in keeping our team moving, our data organized, and our people supported. If you thrive on teamwork and precision, and you’re already in the UAE, we’d love to meet you (and, yes, we mean urgently!).
About the Company
We’re a well-established warehouse and logistics provider in Dubai’s dynamic Jebel Ali Free Zone—right at the heart of the region’s trade and supply chain network. Here, things move quickly (sometimes literally!), and adaptability is the name of the game. Our team is international, with personalities as varied as the goods moving through our doors. You’ll find us collaborating across languages and backgrounds, sharing a laugh in the break room, and rallying together to meet those “just-in” deadlines. Company-wide lunches and the occasional after-work cricket match? Those happen, too.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your strengths and preferences, you’ll help out in HR, admin, or data entry—here’s a flavor of what that looks like:
- Assisting with daily HR tasks: onboarding, attendance tracking, updating employee files, and supporting payroll processes.
- Managing office communications—answering calls, scheduling meetings, greeting visitors, and ensuring documents get to the right place at the right time.
- Entering, updating, and verifying data in warehouse management systems—accuracy really matters in a place like ours.
- Preparing basic reports and helping with inventory or shipment records, so the rest of the team stays in the loop.
- Lending a hand with team events, supply orders, and generally keeping the office atmosphere running on all cylinders.
- Bringing your ideas to the table during weekly team check-ins—there’s always room to make things better!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in any of these areas: HR, admin, or data entry (warehouse or logistics industry experience is a bonus).
- Solid command of English—written and spoken; comfort working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Good with MS Office or Google Workspace, and you don’t shy away from learning new systems.
- You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable asking questions when you’re unsure.
- You are currently in the UAE and ready to join on short notice.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with payroll, employee records, or warehouse management software.
- Experience supporting a team with diverse nationalities.
- Some basic knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus, but not essential.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, tax-free salary: AED 2,500 – AED 5,500, reflecting your experience and strengths.
- Company visa provided—leave the paperwork to us.
- Accommodation & transportation included, so you can focus on making an impact.
- Supportive, friendly team culture—you’ll always have a colleague nearby to help (or share a coffee).
- Develop your skills in a vital industry with real growth potential.
- Immediate start available for those ready to jump in!
We know warehouse life is fast-paced, but we always aim to support our people—whether that means celebrating small wins, lending a hand, or helping you take the next step in your career. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and grow with us, we hope to hear from you soon.
