About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it feels like to be the secret hero behind perfect indoor comfort? As our go-to HVAC Technician in Jebel Ali, Dubai, you’ll do more than just keep the air cool—you’ll ensure every space is safe, healthy, and efficient for our clients. This is more than a toolbox-and-wrench role; it’s your chance to be the person everyone calls when comfort matters most, whether that’s in the height of summer or during a dusty wind storm.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit, hands-on team rooted in Jebel Ali with a reputation for “doing things right the first time.” Our company blends old-school reliability with today’s technology, so while we respect the classics, we’re not afraid to experiment with new air quality solutions. Problem-solving is our passion (ask anyone here about that unforgettable call in August—that’s a story for another time). We’re growing steadily, and every technician plays a key role in shaping our future. If you’re the kind of person who likes swapping tips after a job or enjoys the camaraderie of shared success, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install HVAC systems and air quality units at residential and commercial sites—no two jobs are identical, so you’ll get variety and challenge.
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain both old and new HVAC systems to ensure top-notch efficiency and safety.
  • Troubleshoot issues with precision, identifying root causes and delivering repairs that stick.
  • Advise customers on the most suitable air quality solutions based on their specific needs and environment—you’ll be part technician, part trusted advisor.
  • Safely handle refrigerants, electrical components, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
  • Clearly document your work—whether it’s a quick fix or a major install, you’ll keep records that help us (and our clients) stay on track.
  • Sometimes team up for large-scale projects, other times go solo—flexibility is the name of the game.
  • Educate clients on system operation and basic upkeep (yes, you’ll get to be the “expert in the room”).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, ideally with multi-system installation and repair.
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and adjustment techniques.
  • Ability to communicate technical details in a customer-friendly way.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Attention to safety protocols in every aspect of the job.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Certification in HVAC or related fields.
  • Experience with emerging smart home climate technologies.
  • Working English and/or Arabic communication skills.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation and OT for those “emergency call” days.
  • Supportive work culture—regular on-site team meetups (and, yes, the occasional shawarma lunch).
  • Modern company van and tool allowance.
  • Paid training and professional development—HVAC technology doesn’t stand still, and neither do we.
  • Team celebrations for jobs well done: birthdays, work anniversaries, and big wins never go unnoticed.
  • Open communication with management—you’ll always know where you stand.
  • Flexible scheduling when possible (we know life isn’t 9-to-5).

Great work here never goes unnoticed, and you’ll be joining a team that trusts your expertise, values your input, and genuinely wants you to succeed. If you’re ready to be the person people count on, we’d love to welcome you aboard.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For an experienced HVAC Technician role in Dubai, you should expect a monthly salary of at least 3,500 to 5,500 AED, with opportunities for overtime pay, especially during peak seasons. Technicians with certifications or experience in modern HVAC and smart home systems can sometimes command higher salaries, so don’t hesitate to aim for the upper end of this range if you bring those additional skills.
