What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging training sessions on safety, inspection standards, and equipment handling, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Conduct thorough inspections of industrial equipment and facilities, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Prepare clear, detailed inspection reports and training documentation — your findings will drive better safety practices company-wide.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest in industry standards and best practices, sharing knowledge with both the team and clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training materials and inspection protocols.
- Serve as a go-to resource for clients — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering practical advice.
- Support the growth and development of junior team members (we all started somewhere!).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- Certifications: LEEA 1 & LEEA 2, plus NEBOSH IGC.
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in inspection and training roles.
- Fluent in Hindi/Urdu and English — you’ll need both in our multilingual environment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with third-party inspection bodies or in heavy industry settings.
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools or e-learning platforms.
- Additional safety or inspection certifications.
