What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on safety, inspection standards, and equipment handling, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of industrial equipment and facilities, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Prepare clear, detailed inspection reports and training documentation — your findings will drive better safety practices company-wide.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in industry standards and best practices, sharing knowledge with both the team and clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve training materials and inspection protocols.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
  • Certifications: LEEA 1 & LEEA 2, plus NEBOSH IGC.
  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in inspection and training roles.
  • Fluent in Hindi/Urdu and English — you’ll need both in our multilingual environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with third-party inspection bodies or in heavy industry settings.
