What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading fit-out works on-site, translating detailed drawings into reality — from prepping surfaces to supervising the last coat of paint.
- Guiding and motivating your crew — assigning tasks, checking in, and troubleshooting when things inevitably get complicated.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to make sure timeframes (and tempers) stay in check.
- Reviewing project plans and technical drawings so work flows smoothly, on spec and on schedule.
- Monitoring quality: keeping an eagle eye out to ensure materials, workmanship, and finishes are up to scratch.
- Reporting project progress (good and bad) back to management — no sugar-coating, just honest updates.
- Enforcing safe work practices and site hygiene standards, because going home healthy matters more than any deadline.
