About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ready to Tackle a Role That’s Never Boring?
If you’re the kind of person who gets a spark from blending tech savvy with seamless office operations, this opportunity in Madinat Al Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, could be your perfect next step. We’re searching for a female professional who feels at home managing both digital platforms and day-to-day administration. It’s a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment — where one morning, you’re troubleshooting a tech hiccup, and the next you’re putting the finishing touches on a client presentation (in English or Arabic). Sound interesting?
About Us
We’re a close-knit, steadily growing team that believes in making every day count — not just for our clients, but for each other. Our office is collaborative by design: open-plan spaces, group lunches, a “show and tell” of new digital tricks every Thursday. The leadership is approachable and feedback-friendly; ideas are shared, heard, and (often!) implemented. We’re tech-forward, but we know that at its heart, good business is about people — team spirit here isn’t just a buzzword, it’s how we get things done.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking the wheel on our company website: updates, tweaks, and occasional content uploads.
- Designing, launching, and maintaining digital forms for both internal and client-facing processes.
- Acting as our in-house IT ace for basic troubleshooting — if the printer throws a tantrum or inboxes go missing, you’re the calm in the storm.
- Keeping our digital and physical documents tidy, organized, and easy to access (Marie Kondo would nod approvingly).
- Serving as a friendly bridge between clients and our team, handling calls and emails with professionalism (and a dash of warmth).
- Coordinating meeting schedules — sometimes a puzzle, always satisfying when it clicks into place.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to keep the office humming smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A degree or solid background in IT or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written — you can switch gracefully between the two.
- Proven knack for organizing, multitasking, and proactively solving problems.
- Comfortable with website management systems (WordPress or similar) and common office tech.
- Strong communication skills, with a genuinely friendly, can-do attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with document control systems in a business environment.
- Prior work in office administration, especially in smaller or tight-knit teams.
- Any bonus skills in design or CRM tools.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Supportive, inclusive environment — you’ll never feel like just another number.
- Work-life balance is respected: standard office hours, with occasional flexibility.
- Professional development encouraged, whether it’s formal courses or “learn by doing.”
- Modern workspace in Madinat Al Riyadh; easily accessible and designed for productivity.
- Regular team lunches, casual check-ins, and a generous supply of great coffee.
Here, you’re joining more than a company — you’re joining a caring, committed crew that values your input and invests in your growth. We can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to our team.
