What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day office admin tasks: from billing and purchase orders to managing those ever-elusive files
  • Providing solid support on basic accounts: think data entry, invoice processing, and giving our accountant peace of mind
  • Keeping tabs on deadlines and following up with the team to make sure no detail falls through the cracks
  • Drafting, formatting, and managing office emails and official documents
  • Placing timely follow-up calls for payments with just the right mix of firmness and grace
  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel to organize data, lists, and those little surprises that always pop up
  • Maintaining a workspace that even Marie Kondo would envy
