About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to help shape Dubai’s ever-changing skyline? We’re looking for hands-on, reliable Construction Helpers to join a busy team working on projects in Sharaf DG. Whether you’re skilled in shuttering carpentry, ceramic tile masonry, painting, or simply ready to lend a helping hand wherever needed, this is your chance to be part of something big. With direct hiring and a welcoming approach to all nationalities, there’s real opportunity here for those already in the UAE.

About the Company

Our client is a well-known construction group with a strong reputation for delivering top-quality work across Dubai’s vibrant neighborhoods. The atmosphere here is straightforward and hardworking—safety always comes first, but there’s a sense of camaraderie you only find on a real job site. From early morning tea breaks to the satisfaction of seeing a completed project, this is a place where everyone’s contribution matters. The company values commitment, respect, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves—“teamwork” isn’t just a buzzword, it’s how things get done.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting experienced tradesmen with daily tasks, from carrying materials to setting up equipment.
  • Supporting shuttering carpenters in preparing and dismantling formworks for concrete structures.

  • Providing support to painters with sanding, masking, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Ensuring tools and materials are organized and safely stored at the end of each shift.
  • Following safety protocols and site supervisor instructions to keep things running smoothly.
  • Jumping in wherever needed—some days you’ll be mixing cement, others you might be helping with cleanup or fetching tools.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Current availability in the UAE (applicants must already be in the country).
  • Some hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, masonry, painting, or general site assistance.
  • Physical stamina and a positive attitude—you’re not afraid of a hard day’s work.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from skilled tradespeople.
  • Basic understanding of site safety and a commitment to following protocols.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in shuttering carpentry, ceramic tile work, or painting.
  • Familiarity with construction tools and materials.
  • Ability to communicate in basic English or Hindi.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package (AED 1200–2200, depending on role and experience).
  • Company-provided visa, accommodation, and transport—no need to worry about the logistics.
  • Direct hiring with a welcoming team from many backgrounds and walks of life.
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and grow in your trade.
  • Supportive supervisors who value effort and reliability.
  • A straightforward work environment—no corporate nonsense, just honest teamwork.

You’ll join a team where everyone pitches in, and hard work is recognized. If you’re ready to build your future (literally and figuratively) in Dubai, this could be the right move for you.
