About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself glancing at a port or warehouse and wondering what it takes to keep everything running like clockwork? As a Logistic Coordinator in bustling Dubai, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, ensuring that shipments arrive on time, documentation is seamless, and teams work together smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning chaos into order, this role might just have your name on it.

About the Company

We’re a respected recruitment partner, linking skilled professionals with top logistics companies across the UAE. Our clients range from innovative up-and-comers making waves in supply chain management to established industry leaders who set the bar for efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll find a blend of old-school reliability and a modern team spirit here—think daily stand-ups, collaborative problem-solving, and colleagues who actually care if you had a decent lunch break.

Successful placements here talk about the hands-on mentorship and the genuine sense of camaraderie. The team celebrates big wins (and learns from the rare bumps), fostering a culture where your voice matters, and initiative is never just a buzzword.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments so nothing (and no one) gets left behind
  • Maintaining inventory records that would make even the most seasoned warehouse pro nod in approval
  • Preparing and checking shipping documents—waybills, invoices, customs papers—with keen attention to detail
  • Communicating with a diverse group: suppliers, drivers, warehouse staff, and sometimes a puzzled new recruit
  • Using computer systems (think spreadsheets and logistics software) to keep operations transparent and error-free
  • Troubleshooting snags—be it a late truck or a missing manifest—without losing your cool
  • Collaborating closely with management to improve processes and keep clients happy

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or warehouse operations
  • Comfortable navigating inventory systems and computer programs (Excel, ERP, or similar)
  • Quick on the draw with organization: juggling tasks and priorities comes naturally
  • Clear communicator—you get your message across whether by phone, email, or in person
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages? That’s a bonus!)
  • Able to handle pressure without skipping a beat

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 4,200 per month
  • Visa sponsorship taken care of
  • Company-provided accommodation and transportation—your bed and your commute, sorted
  • Annual leave—your breaks are respected
  • Additional benefits as per UAE labor law
  • Supportive team environment where your growth matters
  • The chance to develop your logistics skills in one of the world’s fastest-growing cities

If you’re looking for a career where your organizational talents are valued and your hard work pays off—not just in salary but in personal and professional growth—this is a place you’ll want to call home.

(Please note: As part of the recruitment process, an application fee is applicable.)
