What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a dedicated team of logistics professionals—think of yourself as the coach who gets the best out of every player.
- Designing and implementing logistics strategies that make our supply chain leaner, faster, and more cost-effective.
- Overseeing day-to-day transportation and freight coordination to ensure timely deliveries (and fewer headaches for everyone involved).

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating teams and bringing out their best.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you tackle issues head-on and think two steps ahead.
- Solid knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken—you’re as comfortable on the warehouse floor as you are in a boardroom.
- Proven ability to stay cool and decisive under pressure (tight deadlines are just part of the game).
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP or logistics management systems.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and customs regulations.
